We are on the hunt for a Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic Front Office team.

About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be the first hello and last goodbye for our guests. From welcoming them to Geelong and valet parking their cars - you will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for a relaxing and memorable stay.
Your duties will include:
- Welcome guests to the hotel and guide them through the check-in and check-out processes.
- Assist with parking and collection of guest cars following hotel procedures at all times.
- Ensure all guest enquiries and requests are attended to correctly and efficiently.
- Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Providing warm, professional, and personalised service aligned with hotel standards.
About You:
Your skills and experience will include:
- Manual Driving license essential.
- Previous experience in a similar or customer facing role advantageous.
- Confidence with hotel reservation systems (ResaWeb, Opera, Opera cloud or similar).
- Availability to work a rotating roster (including evenings, weekends and public holidays).
