Job Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager (internally known as Inventory Manager) you'll lead a team to drive excellence in back‐of‐house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store's profitability. We are focused on the customer experience in all that we do and are seeking a customer‐service‐focused team player and leader to be an integral part of our management team.
* Retail management experience is desirable but not essential – attitude and willingness to learn is highly valued.
* Solid understanding of inventory control or experience managing schedules, paperwork, stock flow, logistics with great attention to detail.
* The ability to lead by example and deliver top‐tier customer service.
* Skills in training and achieving results.
