Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for design, client experience, and project delivery? We’re looking for a driven Project Director to take the lead on high-end interior design and decoration projects – from new builds and renovations to luxury home transformations.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage projects from the first client conversation to final installation. You’ll be responsible for converting leads, proposal creation, client communication, design coordination, and the end-to-end execution of each project. Your industry knowledge and proactive approach will be key in generating new opportunities and delivering standout results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage residential interior projects from brief through to installation
* Conduct consultations, develop proposals, and maintain strong client relationships
* Generate new business opportunities through industry contacts and your own network
* Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and onsite execution
* Work closely with our established interior design team, contractors, and suppliers to deliver beautifully resolved projects
* Contribute to marketing efforts, including photoshoots, social media, and content creation
About You
You’re a confident and organised salesperson with a deep understanding of the design and construction landscape. You bring a client-first approach, a commercial mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple complex projects with ease.
You’ll also bring:
* A background in interior design, architecture, or a related field
* Demonstrated experience in project scoping, planning, budgeting, and delivery
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* An established network within the design, architecture, or property sectors
* Exceptional attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
