This role provides the opportunity to take charge of your career, starting with the responsibilities described below.Job DescriptionReporting to the CHPP Planning Superintendent, this role is responsible for developing both maintenance plans and corrective work orders, maximizing operating hours, equipment reliability and availability through collaboration with Supervisors and Coordinators.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping both short and long-term maintenance plans on new and existing assetsMaximising operating hours, equipment reliability and availability through planned maintenanceCollaborating with Supervisors and Coordinators to maintain compliance with relevant frameworks and standardsAdminister computer-based site maintenance system (SAP) to enable safe and reliable coal productionSetting and monitoring compliance to work management and departmental targetsRoster and LocationMonday to Friday rosterBased on site at HVO North facilityAbout YouPrevious experience in a maintenance planning environment (essential) with CHPP experience (preferred)Formal trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Engineering disciplineKnowledge of the FMECA process, cost management and budgetingA proven ability to interpret engineering drawings, OEM manuals and standardsHigh level of efficiency, resourcefulness, and organisational abilityStrong interpersonal, communication and leadership skillsPromoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace cultureAbility to work both autonomously and within a team environmentAbility to liaise with key internal and external stakeholdersPrevious experience with SAPEmployee benefitsMinimum five weeks annual leaveMarket competitive salaryA safe and enjoyable workplace where everyone is respected, valued and empoweredStructured training and development to support your career progressionEducation assistanceA generous incentive programHealth and wellness reimbursement programPaid parental leaveSalary sacrificing optionsPrivate health insurance subsidiesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Did we mention the Hunter Valley offers a great lifestyle close to city services?
