The Role
Reporting to the Executive Chef, we are seeking talented Casual Chef de Partie's with a strong background in fine dining to join our dynamic team. As a key member in the kitchen, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. In this role you will be doing:
* Ensure that foods are prepared, cooked and presented according to the menu and recipe.
* Follow standards of presentation, quality and portion control in line with the outlets menu presentation folder and recipes.
* Assist in menu development, bringing fresh ideas and contributing to the creation of innovative and seasonal dishes
* Monitor stock levels for the section and communicate ordering needs
* Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff in your section.
About You
* Diploma in Commercial Cookery
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or 3 years as a Commis Chef
* Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene practices and allergen awareness
* Excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to high standards.
