Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients back to work and life after physical or psychological injury.
The Role:
* You will assess clients' abilities to help them reach their return-to-work objectives through functional capacity evaluations.
* You will identify suitable duties for clients to support their short-term and long-term goals through worksite assessments.
* You will collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing.
* You will organize rehabilitation activities such as Pilates and Hydrotherapy to aid recovery.
* You will review and interpret medical reports (e.g., MRIs, X-Rays).
Requirements:
* Professional registration with AHPRA
* Strong client focus and relationship-building skills
* Current or ability to obtain a Working With Children Check
