About the Role
Indie Campers is seeking a highly motivated Branch Operations Supervisor to lead its depot in Hobart - Tasmania. This key representative will report directly to the APAC Area Operations Manager and be responsible for demonstrating excellent customer care, maintaining the fleet of campervans in pristine condition, and ensuring accountability in all instances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
* Fleet Management: Maintain the fleet, logistics, and ensure our campervans are well-maintained by monitoring maintenance and repairs;
* Team Supervision: Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team;
* Operations Management: Manage bookings, inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
* Customer Resolution: Resolve complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
* Vehicle Preparation: Prepare and clean our campervans;
* Resale Assistance: Assist in reselling campervans, preparing them for prospective buyers.
Requirements:
* You are a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills and direct customer contact experience, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
* You have a valid driver's license and feel confident driving a campervan (mandatory);
* You're available to work weekends and national holidays;
* You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
* You're well-organized and proficient in solving problems.
