Safety Officers (Multi‐Site roles within NSW)
Full‐time. Based in Girraween with regular travel between sites across New South Wales.
Reporting to the Group WHS Manager, you will provide practical, on‐ground support to ensure the effective implementation and ongoing improvement of WHS systems, processes and compliance across the group. Flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.

About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Safety Officers to join our Safety team, supporting WHS operations across multiple sites in New South Wales. This hands‐on role is ideal for individuals passionate about workplace safety, thriving in fast‐paced operational environments, and committed to fostering a strong safety culture.
* Conduct regular site inspections and WHS audits, identifying hazards and implementing practical risk controls
* Support and participate in incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Deliver WHS training, inductions and toolbox talks across sites
* Coordinate WHS Committee meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow‐ups
* Monitor and report on key WHS metrics (LTIFR, incident frequency, severity rates)
* Support implementation and maintenance of the WHS Management System
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies and safety standards
* Assist in contractor management and onboarding processes
* Provide hands‐on support and guidance to leaders and employees on WHS matters
* Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing Safe Work Procedures (SWPs)
* Provide administrative support across WHS functions
About You
At least 3 years' experience in a hands‐on safety role, preferably within a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in a relevant area such as Work Health and Safety.
Understanding of work health and safety legislation, standards and regulations.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to promote and operate in a collaborative work environment.
A full car licence is required to support regular travel between sites across NSW.
Preferred: Australian permanent resident or citizen.
