Overview
Beyond Bank is seeking a Senior Full Stack Microsoft Engineer to design and build powerful solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure—transforming business workflows with intelligent apps, seamless integrations, and scalable cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced customizations within Dynamics 365 Sales or Service modules, including custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows to meet complex business requirements.
- Apply AI to improve software engineering workflows or customer support within a Microsoft ecosystem.
- Design and implement modern, secure APIs using RESTful and event-driven patterns, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Azure-native services like API Management, Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Lead integration strategy and cloud migration, modernising legacy systems and promoting reusable, well-documented APIs across domains.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, product managers, and delivery teams to align API solutions with business needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineers, champion best practices, contribute to risk assessments, incident response planning, and foster a high-performance, adaptable team culture.
- Maintain expertise in API technologies, pursue certifications, and identify opportunities for productivity and process enhancements.

Skills & Technical Expertise
- CRM & Power Platform: Customization of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service), development of model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and integration with external systems via APIs.
- Programming Languages & Tools: C#, JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, JSON, Power Query.
Azure Services & API Development
- Integration & Automation: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management.
- Data & Security: Azure Data Factory, Blob Storage, Key Vault.
- API Development: RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, secure integration with Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Git, automated deployment pipelines for CRM solutions and Azure resources.
- Business Intelligence: Power BI dashboards, custom connectors, and data modelling for CRM analytics.
Methodologies & Practices
- Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models with a focus on iterative development and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and API security best practices.
