What You'll Be Doing
As our Business Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our business operations, leading and coordinating a wide range of responsibilities including:
Recruitment and onboarding across the business
Employee relations and engagement
HR policy development and compliance
Workplace Health and Safety
HR administration and reporting
Leading the finance team across payroll, treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory control
Overseeing facility maintenance and security
Supporting executive leadership and coordinating company events
