Main Responsibilities:
* Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, incorporating investment, retirement, and insurance strategies.
* Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform financial recommendations and strategies.
* Reporting and Projections: Develop and maintain accurate financial reports and projections for clients.
* Portfolio Management: Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
* Technical Support: Provide technical support to financial advisors on superannuation, taxation, and estate planning matters.
* Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in paraplanning within the financial services sector.
* Certifications: Hold an Australia Financial Planning Qualification.
* Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial planning principles and strategies.
* Skillset: Be proficient in using financial planning software and tools.
* Aptitude: Exhibit excellent analytical and research skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy.
* Interpersonal Skills: Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, with a professional and ethical approach to work.
