We are seeking a full-time Purchasing Officer to be a part of our team.
In this role, you'll be the crucial link between sales, production, suppliers, and the rest of the crew, helping us keep stock flowing, orders accurate, and operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing stock replenishment and special-order procurement
* Reviewing supplier order acknowledgements and making sure details are spot‐on
* Chasing suppliers for updates and keeping delivery timelines tight
* Monitoring supplier performance and helping lift results when needed
* Sorting out delivery or supply issues
* Supporting workflow improvements and spotting chances to make processes smoother
* Jumping into general duties that help the team deliver on‐time and at a high standard
* With on‐the‐job training, we are looking for someone who likes variety and wants to expand their duties and grow
Qualifications
* Computer skills, experience with ERP systems an advantage
* Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings
* Good communication skills both verbal and written
