The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a product category's topline and bottomline within Amazon's Australian retail business. This requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and commercial acumen.
Key responsibilities include leading complex commercial negotiations with key vendors and strategic partners, developing negotiation strategies to optimize terms, pricing, and promotions, and analyzing market trends and customer insights to enhance shopping experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience using data to influence business decisions
* 7+ years of experience with Excel
* Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
