Full Time | Hawthorn Location

ECO D. is a leading destination for luxury women's apparel and accessories. Each season, ECO D. carefully curates capsules from International and Australian designer labels including American Vintage, Elka Collective, Scotch & Soda, Palm Noosa and many more. It is this 'best of' selection combined with a personal in-store styling service that has created a loyal and passionate client following.

ECO D. is family owned and operated with nine boutiques and an online store: SHOP.ECOD.COM.AU

We are looking for an energetic, business orientated, passionate and tech-savvy E-Commerce Coordinator to assist with brand marketing through our online store, and to own and manage the online sales environment.

The person who lands this role will be someone who loves fashion and digital marketing equally and has recently studied in related fields. They'll be customer-focused, able to prioritise tasks naturally in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail along with strong writing skills. Main Responsibilities:

* Manage the content and functionality of
* Prepare and/or create all content
* Upload and maintain all content
* Source imagery (campaign & product) and ensure filing systems are maintained
* Undertake photography of product as required
* Manage and process all sales orders and returns
* Fulfil and dispatch all sales orders
* Manage all customer enquires (via chat, email and telephone)
* Manage product levels, prices and promotional offers on
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
* Report on analytics on a weekly basis
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and contractors
* Work closely with store network and head office team, communicating effectively with product and marketing teams in relation to product deliveries and promotions
* General administration and other duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous customer service experience within a fashion, beauty or homewares retail environment
* Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite
* Advanced Excel skills, including efficient data management and the ability to build and modify macros
* Strong organisational skills and be comfortable managing and prioritising own workload
* A hands-on, positive and energetic approach
* Attention to detail with efficient and accurate data entry skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
