Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Specialist Change Management professional to lead and support strategic change initiatives across the organisation. As a key member of our Corporate Affairs Team, you will ensure alignment across all business stakeholders by applying structured change management principles and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver change management activities in accordance with the organisation's Change Management Framework
* Deliver change and communication activities in conjunction with the wider Corporate Affairs team and in alignment with internal policies and procedures for stakeholder engagement
* Influence, collaborate, and maintain relationships with key business functions and roles to achieve optimal results
* Monitor, track, and provide insights on all change management activities and deliver clear recommendations to executive and senior stakeholders on the organisation's overall change landscape
* Coordinate the organisation's Change Engagement Network to work across dependencies and ensure a coordinated approach is taken to communications, training, and go-live activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline and relevant change management qualification
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role
* Experience delivering large-scale transformational change projects within complex stakeholder environments
* Government communications experience (desirable)
