You will be able to plan, oversee, and budget for operational maintenance while engaging with stakeholders and tenants to ensure the aviation precinct is maintained to schedule and budget.The Senior Maintenance Officer Aviation Precinct role is responsible for:Overseeing and planning operational activities related to maintenance services across Tamworth Regional Airport and International Flight Training TamworthEngaging and managing contractors for general maintenance activitiesCoordinating and administering the Aviation Precinct Asset Management Plan in conjunction with the Operations Manager - Aviation Precinct, focusing on groundside assetsCoordinating staff rosters to ensure an effective customer service modelTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEEDQualified Airport Safety and Reporting OfficerDemonstrated experience in facilities/buildings maintenance or similar rolesDemonstrated experience in customer serviceDriver's LicenceWHS Construction Induction CardPrevious work experience in a team environmentINTERESTED?
