About The Client

This firm has a reputation for excellence and has a dedicated team of experienced lawyers who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate legal representation to their clients during some of life\'s most challenging times.
About the Role
I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Family Lawyer to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing your own caseload, providing strategic advice, and achieving successful outcomes for your clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse family law caseload from end-to-end, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and child support
* Provide exceptional client service, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and understanding
* Advocate for clients\' rights in mediation, negotiation, and court appearances
* Draft legal documents, including court applications and agreements
* Stay up-to-date with relevant family law legislation and case law
* Contribute to the development and growth of the firm
Skills and Experience
* Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria
* Willing to complete Family Law Accreditation in the future
* Minimum 3 years\' experience in family law
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
* Compassionate and empathetic approach
* Commitment to ethical and professional conduct
