Office Manager Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist diverse programs and projects, or components of complex initiatives that support departmental goals.
* Work collaboratively as a team member and across teams to achieve objectives.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of priority projects and programs through effective planning and coordination.
* Monitor and evaluate project and program effectiveness and performance to inform decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Undertake research and analysis; gathering and documenting relevant data to assess policy outcomes.
* Consult and negotiate with industry stakeholders and other relevant parties on key initiatives.
* Depending on the role, duties may involve internal audits, supporting investigations, and contributing to strategic and operational planning.
Project Management:
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, including developing project plans, conducting research, and drafting reports.
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization.
* Monitor and evaluate all aspects of project implementation, including risk management, benefits realization, impact, and quality measures.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and strategic projects, including policy and legislation development.
* Manage project teams, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements to deliver milestones and outcomes.
* Undertake research and formulate recommendations to support evidence-based project planning and decision-making.
