In this role, you'll be a core part of our marketing engine: creating content, running campaigns, building ads, shaping strategy, and helping us show Australia what flavour‑first protein really looks like.
You'll touch everything from social, email, content, campaign coordination, creative direction. The right candidate will have a huge degree of freedom (and responsibility) to take big swings. Your Impact
1. Own the Marketing & Content Calendar
* Plan and manage the full marketing calendar across launches, promotions, content themes and campaigns.
* Coordinate activity across organic social, email, paid media, community, and onsite content.
* Align marketing priorities with product, ecommerce and trading teams.
2. Create Content for Social & Paid
* Develop social content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
* Build performance‑led creative for Meta and TikTok ads.
* Work with designers and creators to bring ideas to life that balance brand, storytelling and commercial performance.
3. Manage Social Media Day‑to‑Day
* Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
* Engage with the community to build loyalty and advocacy.
* Track trends and identify opportunities for fast, reactive content.
4. Lead Email Marketing & Klaviyo Execution
* Own end‑to‑end email campaigns – copy, design, segmentation, and reporting.
* Optimise Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, replenishment, post‑purchase, win‑back).
* Use performance data to continually test, improve, and scale email revenue.
5. Support Campaign Shoots & Creative Execution
* Assist in planning and executing campaign shoots.
* Collaborate with our photographers, videographers, product teams, and ambassadors.
* Contribute creative ideas across launches, promotions, community initiatives, and brand activations.
6. Own and grow our affiliate/ambassador program
* Look after the entire affiliate and ambassador program from start to finish.
* Refresh and improve the program to make it more engaging and effective.
* Create simple campaigns, incentives, and content ideas that help affiliates promote our products easily. Work with the marketing team so launches, posts, and messaging are all aligned.
* Find and onboard new creators, ambassadors, and community members who fit our brand.
Requirements
Essential Experience & Skills
* 3+ years in digital marketing, ecommerce, or social media.
* Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and core ecommerce tools.
* Basic understanding of Meta/TikTok ads and modern performance marketing principles.
* Content creation skills across copywriting, graphics (Canva/Adobe), or light video editing.
* Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Passion for fitness, health, nutrition, or consumer brands.
Additional Skills (Super nice to have)
* Hands‑on experience with Meta, Tikor or Google Ads.
* Experience working with ambassadors, influencers or partnerships.
* Photography/videography skills for quick‑turn social content.
* Art/creative directing skills for campaign planning and design.

* Growth in social media engagement, views/likes/shares and follower base.
* Improved email open rates, click‑through rates, and conversions.
* Increase in website traffic and e‑commerce sales from digital marketing efforts.
* Timely execution of the marketing calendar and campaign launches.
* Positive contribution to brand content, campaign performance, and team collaboration.
