Green Light are looking for a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our NSW Delivery Team.
This role will be a mix of Service Delivery, Systemisation, Incident Management. You will need to drive improvement, consistency and efficiency, as well as continuous improvement to the technology.
Service Delivery & Operations Management
* Ensure end-to-end delivery of IT services in alignment with ITIL best practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
* Oversee daily operations of SAP ERP services (ECC, S / 4HANA, or relevant modules).
Incident, Problem & Change Management (ITIL)
* Lead major incident management for SAP and integrated systems, ensuring rapid restoration and communication.
* Conduct root-cause analysis and drive problem management for recurring SAP issues.
* SAP change requests ensuring alignment with CAB (Change Advisory Board) processes.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
* Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders regarding SAP service performance.
* Manage relationships with SAP partners, vendors, and managed service providers.
* Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
SAP System Governance & Compliance
* Ensure SAP systems adhere to governance, security, and audit policies.
* Coordinate SAP environment refresh, patching, upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
* Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system architecture.
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a Service Delivery Manager role.
* Good skills and knowledge of the ITSM tools including Automation / orchestration (desirable)
* Experience in complex enterprise IT Service Delivery environments
* You will need to be pragmatic, flexible and able to negotiate with a variety of teams
* Experience with ERP, ideally SAP.
* You will need to communicate effectively and advocate on behalf of the customer
* This position will require
* Newcastle based.
