About the Role:
We’re looking for capable Site Supervisors who can:
* All round great person with a proactive, growth mindset
* Take ownership of onsite safety, quality, and delivery
* Communicate clearly with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
* Represent Evercon with professionalism and integrity
* Adapt to evolving project scopes and bring problems to resolution
* Lead with a hands-on approach — practical, accountable, and proactive
