Drive Sales Growth in a Dynamic Environment

We are seeking an experienced and capable sales professional to drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and engaging with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with a track record of achieving sales targets. You will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with senior-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans that meet and exceed sales targets.
* Manage the Sales Cycle: Source new opportunities, nurture inbound leads, and close deals.
* Engage with Senior Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with client and prospect organizations.
* Collaborate with Marketing: Leverage new technologies and processes for lead generation and impactful sales collateral.
* Operationalize and Automate Sales Processes: Streamline efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide Market Insights: Inform strategic decisions with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

* Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recycling industry or similarly operationally complex fields.
* Sales Strategy Development: A strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Hunter Mentality: Self-initiating and driving growth.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with senior-level executives.
* CRTM Software: Experience with CRM software and lead generation technologies.
* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
