About The Role:
Homestead Fencing is seeking an energetic person with strong organisation skills to join our growing business, working in our warehouse.

Duties include:
* Picking and packing of orders for wholesale & retail customers
* Forklift operation
* Ensuring efficient, accurate receiving, put away, and/or dispatch of product
* Driving to and from the powder coaters doing/drop off & pick up of manufactured goods
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through friendly communication and service
* Help manage the schedule for fence installers, loading our installers with their packed jobs each day
* Monitoring stock levels and reordering from suppliers
* General housekeeping of warehouse
* Serving trade & retail customers when required including issuing quotations, generating invoices and stock enquiries
* Stocktake inventory at end of financial year
* Working as part of a small team environment where we all support each other
Skills & Experience:
* This position would suit someone who has had experience with building materials but not essential
* Experience in a warehouse role
* Must possess a current Forklift and drivers license
* Be physically fit
* Ability to perform manual handling/ lifting when required
* Be reliable, honest and hardworking
* Have a strong understanding of safe work practices
* Basic computer skills
