We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook/Chef to join our vibrant Vietnamese restaurant and have knowledge about fusion cuisine. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality and a deep appreciation for traditional Vietnamese flavors and cooking techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect ingredients to ensure freshness and high quality
* Control and monitor cooking equipment temperatures
* Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes and fusion menu for seasonal
* Season food appropriately during the cooking process
* Portion, plate, and garnish meals with attention to presentation
* Store ingredients safely using appropriate temperature controls
* Cater to specific dietary requirements when needed
* May assist with menu planning and food stock estimation
* May supervise or mentor junior kitchen staff (If required only)
* Salary 76,600 up to 80,000

* 38 hours working per week
What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications related to hospitality or a combination of formal qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
* Relevant experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably with Vietnamese cuisine
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
* A passion for authentic food and a commitment to culinary excellence.
* Over 2 years experiences.
* 38-40 hours per week and able to work on flip shifts.
