Responsibilities
* Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning, execution, and finalisation of projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
* Coordinate resources including Orion team members, third‐party contractors, and consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
* Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
* Manage project budgets, invoicing, and seek variations where required.
* Liaise with authorities and utility agencies to obtain project approvals.
* Prepare works contracts and tender documentation.
* Maintain regular interaction with clients.
* Update project budgets and programmes fortnightly, chair meetings, and issue minutes.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with client EHS policies.
* Assist with site inspections and progress reports.
* Support business development and client liaison.
* Implement good practice templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to support business success.
* Adopt and promote Orion Group's Integrated Management System (IMS).
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
* 1 to 5 years post‐graduate experience.
* Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong prioritisation and coordination skills.
* Ability to focus, meet deadlines, and work autonomously or within a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
