Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Greeting clients and answering phone calls
* Scheduling appointments
* Basic administrative tasks
* Providing excellent customer service
* Conducting onsite quoting for potential clients
* Creating and maintaining timesheets and staff rosters
* Overseeing client accounts and coordinating booking schedules with professionalism and efficiency
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, employees, and visitors.
* Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and keep the office running smoothly.
* Good customer service skills to ensure visitors and callers have a positive, professional experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software, such as scheduling or CRM systems.
* Ability to multitask while remaining professional and friendly at all times.
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and respond to enquiries promptly.
* Professional appearance and presentation, as receptionists create the first impression of the company.
The Successful Candidate Must:
* Hold a valid driver's licence
* Have reliable transport
* Be professional, reliable, and committed to high standards of service
