What You'll Do
* Deliver effective training programs, and initiatives which deliver strong long term workforce sustainability
* Partner with the Workforce planner in capacity planning for seasonal recruitment and identifying resource gaps
* Responsible for the onboarding & training of new team recruitment
* Support the launch of new people & compliance initiatives
* Support site leadership in identifying skills gaps and creating a strategy to upskill and develop the team.
* Develop the training strategy for the Automated CFC in collaboration with the Enablement & Assurance Manager.
What You'll Bring
* Cert 4 in Workplace Coaching is desirable
* Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ability to coach, motivate and inspire the team to stretch their capabilities
* Communicate information and ideas to the team in a clear and focused way that is understood by team members and achieves outcomes
* Customer & Team focused
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
