As an experienced Parts Interpreter, you will ensure the smooth operation of our service department by providing exceptional customer service and accurate parts interpretation.

As a Trainee, you will be trained in all aspects of parts interpreting. This role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in the automotive parts industry. Earn as you learn and become qualified. You will be offered on-the-job training and a trade school certificate.

The Role:

Parts Interpretation: Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts needed for repairs and maintenance.

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations regarding their service needs.

Order Processing: Efficiently process parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet service department needs.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain parts inventory levels to ensure availability and minimise stockouts.

Technical Support: Collaborate with service technicians to understand technical requirements and provide appropriate parts solutions.

Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as invoicing, warranty claims, and maintaining service records.

Requirements:

Strong interest in automotive or parts.

Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Good computer literacy.

Accuracy

Ability to work as part of a team.
