In this key leadership support position, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, and drive store success.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and achieving sales targets and performance metrics
* Drive team members to deliver exceptional customer service and performance
* Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation
* Manage labor costs and contribute to effective scheduling
* Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
* Ensure a safe and compliant store environment
