At the forefront of our production operations is a pivotal role that demands exceptional leadership and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective daily and weekly production planning: ensuring seamless start-ups, permits and personnel allocation
* Strategic tracking and reporting: monitoring throughput, downtime, OEE, variance and recovery plans
* Liaising with maintenance, planning and HSE; frontline supervision and leadership
* Driving continuous improvement: identifying hazards, closing out actions, maintaining housekeeping and adhering to compliance standards
To excel in this position, you will require a strong background in production coordination and leadership, preferably in mining or heavy industry. Comfortable with production systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Pronto, Excel and BI, you must also possess excellent communication skills. Full Australian work rights are mandatory, along with passing a medical and lab drug and alcohol test, and holding a current C-Class license.
