Looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our relationship with a major Retail/CPG company. As Global Account Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and management of the account, building key relationships across the organization.

The role requires a strategic Voice of the Customer for the Retail and CPG Business Unit on behalf of the company you directly manage.
Key Responsibilities
As Global Account Manager, you are responsible for:
* Teaming with the customer's leadership and Lines of Business Organizations across IT, Products, Networks and Video to build strategic relationships.
* Selling at the most strategic level within the account.
* Implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
This includes working with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Support, Service teams and Professional Services) to support customer interests.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
* 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
* 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
* 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
* Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
* Experience in Retail / Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
