Job Title: Medical Secretary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Secretary. This varied role involves clinical typing and providing administrative support to staff within the service.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with initiative and make delegated decisions
Excellent keyboard skills and experience with common software packages
Knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to prioritize work effectively
Experience in a healthcare environment is desirable
Knowledge of Trakcare (Patient Management System) is desirable
The successful candidate will need to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
