About the Role
The online department is responsible for getting orders selected and packed in-store by a team of personal shoppers. These orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to customers in Coles delivery vans.
You will be reporting to the store manager and will have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department. You will take pride in contributing to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members, and the community.
