The Role
* Provide advice and assistance to loan customers and staff regarding loan payout figures, break out costs, loan statements, loan terms, lump sum payments, and other mortgage-related inquiries.
* Calculate and process interest reconstructions to mortgage accounts.
* Action requests to discharge securities.
* Attend to settlements, liaising with solicitors and mortgagees.
* Arrange for production of documents for registration.
* Daily loan funding.
* Maintenance of various reports.
