The Site Foreman reports to the Industrial Service Manager and assists with all aspects of supervising the A grade and apprentices on site, liaise with clients, conduct toolbox meetings and safety assessments and other ad hoc duties. Trade duties as needed.Workplace DutiesProject Coordination: Manage and coordinate electrical activities, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets while maintaining strict confidentiality of project details and sensitive information.Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to a team of electricians and apprentices, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and the confidentiality of project-related information.Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources, such as manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and productive operations while maintaining confidentiality of project-related resource allocations and procurement.Technical Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and industry best practices while maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive technical information. Provide technical support and guidance to the team as needed, ensuring the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared.Collaboration: Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and resolution of any electrical-related issues or concerns while upholding the confidentiality of sensitive project discussions, plans, and client information.Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with relevant codes and standards while maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary quality control processes or documentation.Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce a culture of safety by conducting regular safety inspections, identifying, and mitigating hazards, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while maintaining the confidentiality of any safety-related incidents or reports.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project progress, including work schedules, material requisitions, change orders, and as-built drawings, ensuring the confidentiality of any sensitive project documentation and information.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, conflicts, and issues that arise during electrical installations, troubleshooting, or repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines while maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary problem-solving techniques or information.Training and Development: Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to team members, fostering their professional growth, and ensuring their skill development aligns with project requirements and industry advancements while maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary training materials or techniques.Confidentiality: Maintaining the privacy and security of sensitive project details, company and client information, proprietary processes, and other confidential information.
