Site Ware Direct has been servicing the Mining, Construction and Oil & Gas Industries with workwear, PPE, barricading and safety equipment since 2004.

Our team of dedicated safety experts is committed to understanding your specific safety requirements. We take pride in offering competitive pricing, timely delivery and exceptional customer support, ensuring that your safety procurement process is efficient and hassle-free.

Purpose

To proactively support our client network with professionalism and with a key focus on providing high quality administrative support to Sales Team.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, processing and placing orders and creatively solving problems independently delivering quick responses to customer queries.
* Following up sales leads, quotes and sample drops with customers.
* Processing all customer related admin on the same day received.
* Maintaining company customer database.
* Answering incoming calls with professional and efficient manner at all times.
* Assisting in processes and procedures for the Sales team.
* To complete all relevant paperwork in a professional like manner on time, every time.

General Duties and Responsibilities

* Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
* Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
* Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
* Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description and all other duties as required by the business.
* Comply with all employment obligations.
* Serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business's best interests.

Candidate Requirements

* Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
* A passion for the position and work towards the teams goals.
* Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
* Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
* Excellent computing skills, including MS Office suite.
* Minimum 2 years customers service experience is desirable.

* Excellent/advanced computing skills, including MS Office suite.
* Minimum 2 years customers service experience is desirable.
* Previous experience with Netsuite is preferred.
