Overview
An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage experienced Senior Organisational Change Managers to provide strategic change advice. The role involves executing change duties to ensure effective delivery, strong adoption, and realisation of business outcomes and benefits. The Organisational Change Managers will secure a 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month options to extend, based in ACT, on a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
* Development of a change management framework and templates for the Branch
* Providing strategic advice and coaching to project and program teams across the Branch
* Monitoring and reporting on change progress and benefits realisation across the Branch
* Leading and executing change activities across multiple projects
* Developing change impact assessments, change strategies and change management plans
Experience / Qualifications
* Prior experience in an Organisational Change Manager position or similar
* Experience in developing & implementing change management frameworks, strategies & plans
* Applying and integrating change management methodologies
* Experience in benefits realisation management
* Working knowledge of Parliamentary processes and institution of Parliament
