Job Description
As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving a proactive compliance culture across the enterprise.
* Lead, develop, and manage staff within the Corporate Compliance department.
* Drive strategic capabilities to meet evolving organizational needs.
* Ensure adherence to statutory obligations, including freedom of information and privacy laws.
* Oversee resource allocation for efficient operations.
* Provide expert advice on complex FOI and Privacy matters.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* A tertiary qualification in law and be admitted to practice law in Victoria with a current practicing certificate.
* 6 years post-admission experience in corporate compliance and senior leadership experience.
