About the Role
As a Web Order Assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and with care. You will pick and pack products, maintain stock integrity, support warehouse operations, and uphold Medimart's high standards for quality and safety.
Duties Include:
Order Picking
* Use picking lists/devices to locate and retrieve items.
* Check item accuracy before packing.
* Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
Packing & Dispatch
* Pack items into boxes/cartons following procedures.
* Label, seal, and prepare orders for dispatch.
* Ensure packages are secure and transport-compliant.
Quality Control
* Inspect items for defects or damage.
* Report discrepancies immediately.
* Dispatch only quality-approved products.
Order Processing
* Process and update orders.
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Skills & Experience
• Confident customer service; clear, friendly phone and email style
• Strong attention to detail; accurate notes and data entry
• Organised and deadline-driven; manage changing priorities calmly
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker required
