The roleAdbri is looking for a motivated and experiencedHealth & Safety Advisorto support the delivery of strategic safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
This role is central to implementing Adbri'sWork Safe, Home Safeprogram and fostering a proactive safety culture.This role offers some flexibility to work from home when required.ResponsibilitiesDeliver and support strategic WHS projects, ensuring compliance with Adbri standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to promote safety excellence and identify improvement opportunities.Facilitate training, coaching, and engagement activities to build safety capability across teams.Assist with incident investigations, ensuring timely action close-out and sharing of safety learnings.Lead and contribute to safety campaigns and performance reporting to drive cultural and operational improvements.What you will need to succeedRecognised occupational health and safety qualification (minimum Diploma level)Formal qualifications and experience in WHS AuditingTraining experience/qualifications (e.g. Cert IV Training and Assessment)Qualifications in incident investigation (e.g. ICAM)3 years or more in a similar positionOur businessAdbri Limited is a constructions materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
