O'Connors NT Pty Ltd, a company operating in the Northern Territory for over 40 years, is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* General Reception and Office Administration
* Process incoming mail and deliveries efficiently
* Coordinate service calls and repairs using ServiceM8
* Provide assistance with accounts payable/accounts receivable tasks as needed
* Payroll Processing
* Process invoices/payments through MYOB as required
* Maintain Quarterly ARCTick Records accurately
* Follow up on outstanding debtors promptly
