Program Overview
The Transition to Professional Practice Program for Enrolled Nurses is designed to support newly qualified professionals in consolidating and developing their skills and knowledge, reflecting high-quality nursing practice.
This program offers temporary part-time opportunities across multiple sites, including Gawler, Kapunda Acute, Kapunda Homes, Eudunda, Angaston, Tanunda, Mount Pleasant, Gumeracha, Mount Barker, Strathalbyn, Strathalbyn Aged Care, Southern Fleurieu, and Kangaroo Island.
The six-month structured program enables new nurses to build their confidence and gain valuable hands-on experience in a compassionate team-based environment, with guidance from Clinical Facilitators, Preceptors, and dedicated study days.
