Storeperson for Immediate Start | Permanent Full-Time Position
About the Role
Due to continuous growth, we have an immediate vacancy for a Storeperson with experience in a similar role. This position involves various yard duties, including receipting, loading and unloading with a forklift, and maintaining our storeroom in Wattleup (Perth - SOR).
Key Responsibilities
* Forklift Operations: Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift.
* Packing: Strapping and hand wrapping machines and equipment to ensure safe freight.
* Inventory Management: Accurate checking, receipting, and storage of purchased goods.
* Yard Duties: Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by the yard supervisor.
* Maintenance: Cleaning the store area and maintaining a safe work environment.
* Order Processing: Picking, packing, and despatching orders.
* Communication: Effectively communicating with team members.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Industry Experience: Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is beneficial.
* Personal Attributes: Punctual, enthusiastic, and capable of independent thinking.
* Licences:
* LF Licence (Forklift)
* WA drivers' "C class" licence (HR preferred)
* White Card

* Reliability: Committed to a Monday to Friday schedule.
* Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail oriented.
* Medical Clearance: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, which may include a drug and alcohol test.
