We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Front of House to join our team.

About the Role
As a Front of House, you will rotate between working in the restaurant and the bar, gaining experience in both areas. You will learn essential customer service skills, how to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure our guests have a great experience as well as the opportunity to learn Bar and Fine Dining Service. This role provides a solid foundation in hospitality and will set you up for success in your career.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers with seating, menu options, and general queries.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Creating/producing cocktails.
* Setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
* Work with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service during peak times.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in both the restaurant and bar areas.
* Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations as part of your daily routine.
* Process payments efficiently and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
* Address customer queries and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
* Uphold the restaurant's service standards and follow health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
* No prior experience necessary but preferred – full training will be provided.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in hospitality.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Australian citizenship is required for this position.
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required at commencement of employment.
* Minimum age of 18 years is required for this bartending position.
