As a part of the Customer Delivery Group you will undertake a variety of works associated with the design and construction of Evoenergy's Electrical Distribution Network. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of maintaining a future focused electricity network for the ACT.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and prepare detailed project briefs, estimates and associated documentation for assigned projects, ensuring that the customer's requirements and Evoenergy's business objectives are met.
* Perform calculations and assessments for various design criteria for overhead lines, structures, switchgear and transformers.
* Provide technical support and advice to delivery teams as required.
* Other duties within the employee's skill, competence and training.
Our Ideal Candidate
* Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) however an Advanced Diploma, or equivalent, in Electrical Engineering is acceptable as a minimum.
* Demonstrated experience, strong knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment relating to the electricity distribution industry, particularly in regard to customer initiated electricity network infrastructure works
* Established understanding and proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience, strong knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment relating to the electricity distribution industry.
