The Property Manager plays a pivotal role in our business, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties and driving growth through client relationships.
* Deliver property management services to achieve sales targets by fostering and maintaining client connections and identifying new opportunities.
* Carry out routine property inspections, debtor management, and organize repairs and maintenance on behalf of landlords.
* Prepare necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants, and collaborate with the team to explore innovative strategies.
