We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team in delivering a major upgrade at Barry Beach Marine Terminal.


This project involves decommissioning oil and gas rigs that have reached the end of their lifespan. The work will involve strengthening wharves, installing massive piles and constructing heavy-duty slabs and pavements in preparation for one of the most significant offshore transitions in decades.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years' experience in contract administration, preferably on D&C projects. They will also have strong knowledge of standard construction contracts and variation processes.



Key Responsibilities:



* Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors, providing recommendations to the Project Manager.

* Develop subcontractor scopes aligned with the main D&C contract.

* Oversee subcontract management including payment claims and final accounts.

* Monitor compliance with our safety and quality standards.

* Prepare, review and submit project variations.

* Track costs, progress and scheduling, including subcontractor payments.

* Prepare comprehensive contract documentation from concept to commissioning.

* Support technical, practical and safety aspects of industrial and commercial projects.




Essential Qualifications & Experience:



* Certificate or tertiary qualification in Contract Administration or equivalent trade background.

* Strong analytical and financial acumen for cost tracking and risk management.

* Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft365, Procore, 1Breadcrumb and Workbench.

* Exposure to marine infrastructure, piling or wharf works.
