Job Description
Why You'll Love This RoleAs an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you'll bring energy, professionalism and motivation to aquatic group fitness classes that support health, confidence and wellbeing. You'll work in a supportive, team-focused environment and play a key role in delivering high-quality aquatic fitness experiences that keep our community moving.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supervise participant safety and exercise technique
* Create motivating, inclusive aquatic workouts
* Provide excellent customer service to participants
* Set up, maintain and pack away equipment
* Communicate with participants about individual needs
* Follow class structure, protocols and timetables
* Report equipment or facility issues promptly
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
* Certification in aqua fitness instruction
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Experience teaching group fitness classes
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Availability across varied days and times
* Understanding of health and fitness industry trends
* National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
(AusActive registration or industry equivalent is desirable.)
