About Us
We are a local, family-owned and independent optometry group experiencing strong and exciting growth. Amanda Duffy and James Paton own Eyecare Plus Belmont and recently established Eyecare Plus Edgeworth. We are now looking to partner with an Optometrist to help replicate the success achieved at our Belmont practice, which includes:

Key Info
Based primarily at Edgeworth, with additional days at Belmont
Full-time role: Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday 9am to 1pm)
Start date: 5 January **** (or sooner)
$90k base salary with performance bonuses (total package expected to exceed $120k)

Qualifications & Experience
Registered Optometrist with AHPRA
TPA endorsed
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (less will be considered)
Able to manage patients independently and uphold strong clinical standards
Warm, confident communicator
Tasks & Responsibilities
Comprehensive eye examinations
Interpret and utilise advanced diagnostic imaging (OCT, VO3 tower, Visual Fields, etc.)
Collaborate closely with experienced dispensing and support teams
Provide patient education and personalised care plans
Maintain accurate clinical records
