The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership. They should be friendly, approachable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* A strong background in hotel operations, with experience in managing front office activities, including guest services, room assignments, and administrative tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.
* A high level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
